One of two Sydney offices completed for VSCO, Cumberland converted the entire open and vacant 2400m2 floor of Level 25 of T3 International Towers Barrangaroo into a vibrant shared working environment

International Towers is regarded as Australia’s most progressive workspaces, located on the harbour foreshore at Barangaroo in one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts.
The project was designed to work within this established criteria, Australia’s first large-scale carbon-neutral community and first ever globally to achieve a perfect GRESB resilience score of 100%

– 6 Star NABERS Water across all office buildings
– 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment in Towers Two and Three

The fit-out, features 58 fully partitioned acoustically sealed individual office spaces accommodating some 280 workstations, multiple formal meeting rooms, two interlinked conference/training rooms each over 60m2, reception and waiting areas
Communal facilities include private phone booths, team collaboration and co-working areas, break-out areas (putt-putt anyone?), kitchen, dining and activities space
Complex and extensive modifications to the existing base building services
Were carried out, particularly mechanical services and BMS, to convert the floor originally designed for open plan working into the separately partitioned tenancies
State of the art communications and data infrastructure, including high-speed internet, were integrated to support the technological needs of the future tenants.
