This modern facility, designed to accommodate smaller corporations and startups, features 135 workstations (most within small seaparate fully partitioned offices), formal meeting rooms, and a 20-seat executive boardroom. It also includes an adaptable day suite for various uses, as well as dedicated team collaboration and co-working areas to foster innovation and teamwork.
The office space is complemented by a vibrant break-out area with kitchen and dining facilities, and a 75 sqm combined reception and waiting area that ensures a professional and welcoming environment. Extensive modifications to base building services and the installation of comprehensive communications and data infrastructure, including high-speed internet, support the technological needs of tenants.
